Tiana Okoye 

 

 

Tiana is a native Southern Californian who graduated from the UCLA School of Theatre, Film & Television. In December 2018, Tiana made her Broadway debut in THE CHER SHOW.  Prior to hitting the great white way, she starred as “Lisa” in the Hollywood Bowl’s production of MAMMA MIA (July 2017) and as “Judy Turner” in The Hollywood Bowl’s production of A CHORUS LINE (July 2016) in Los Angeles, California. She has also broken barriers as the first Black Elsa in Disney's first premier of FROZEN: Live at the Hyperion, and as a Standby for "Carrie White" in CARRIE: THE KILLER MUSICAL EXPERIENCE (The Los Angeles Theater 2016).

 

A part from her love for stage, her passion has shifted toward Tv and Film.  Tiana has starred in HAIRSPRAY LIVE for NBC as “Lorraine” as well as GREASE LIVE! on Fox! Mike Schur cast Tiana on his series THE GOOD PLACE and she can be seen on season three of HBO’s SILICON VALLEY.
